Owners

Select to purchase a grave site by date and amount is completed in three easy steps. Place a call or e-mail and automatically record the date and time. Owners can purchase your products and leave special instructions for the placement of markers, wreaths and flower arrangements. Record the grave site deed and reserve grave sites for family members directly linked to the owner. 

Next of Kin

Automatically assign an Owner (from the Owners’ screen) to Next of Kin or add other family members. Add individuals by relationship to Owner with additional information. Copy and paste information into Reserved or Interment saves time and errors when a family member is interred.

Interred

Interred can be entered in batches or individually. Interred Information screen records: genealogy, headstone, cause of death, military service, origin, religion, organization, funeral home, year only on DOB-DOD-DOI, Mausoleum, Columbarium, Type of Burial and Burial

Visual Grave Site Assignment

As most graphical on-screen maps are block diagrams that are difficult to understand, a color-coded visual screen is provided to review the status of a cemetery’s grave sites. By selection you are able to narrow your search to a specific area of the cemetery to review grave site availability, Owners and Interred.

Section Maps

Embedded pictures of your cemetery are entered by CSR engineers linking data you enter to the sections or blocks of your cemetery. Additional pictures are provided to you for printing, creating literature or brochures of your cemetery.
