All programs requiring client requested inclusions, are modified to the configuration of the cemetery the program is to be used for. Modified programs are “customized” to a client’s request for the type of inclusion requested. Map inclusions may require a complete program modification to a cemetery’s layout. Most programs shipped with modifications (pictures, import, et.) include a “preset” complete GSL layout so a program is ready for a client to enter information with no additional setup required. All programs modified to a client’s request are nonrefundable products.
