As the care of a cemetery takes on many forms, this area provides a cemetery’s main office with a way to track those changes. If an Owner of a grave site complains about one of their sites, you can enter that complaint into the Owner’s screen for reference. Here, you can select the Owner and the complaint is automatically transferred to this screen.
You can enter a single grave site or define an area work is to be done in. You can pre assign a cost for work under “Maint Requested”. Enter a date you received a request and a date the work commenced.
When a work order is completed or as it is being done, you can enter information into the “Work Completed area. Entering cost per hour with start and stop times, average hours and number of days allows the program to automatically determine the total cost of the project.
Closing a work order removes it from this active work orders area. There are screens and reports to indicate all open and closed work orders.
