Administration

Primary information, setup, and all administrative functions are managed by a controlled user login. Only the program’s administrator has access to the initial setup areas. As these areas affect all other data input areas, keeping normal data input personnel out of these areas protects the program. Only the administrator has access to change, add or edit employees that will use the program. The first visible screen is a login screen. Even if a user bypasses login, none of the critical areas are accessible.

This is a visible representation of this program’s main menu area for an administrator.

A new area for cemeteries is Donor’s. Donor’s are those individual’s or companies that provide funds to the care and upgrade of a cemetery.

Beyond setting up this program is the entry of the company’s you do business with. Next is a screen dedicated to CTI Technologies which specializes in Columbariums. Then is the entry of all Funeral Homes, this area is also accessible from the interred information screen. 

Product supplier’s are those companies you purchase products from and rent equipment for the care of the grounds. 

Purchases are the individual items you actually purchase from your suppliers. This area provides you the ability to post your monthly transactions.

Audit is an area that provides the administrator an area to edit entries made and to train those that are making data entries. The screens are designed to provide you a look into who is entering what information and shows you where you need improvement.
