Cemetery Management Database
Affordable, Automated, Easy-to-Use

In 2004 I became Administrative Assistant to Elk Run Cemetery Department and saw a desperate need for a new cemetery program. Our old program was in spreadsheet form and at times became rather frustrating since data entry was done by different individuals who each had a different method.. Some users placed last name first and vice versa; some spelled out the months while others continued to place in a numeric format. It became impossible to activate a Data Sort function.

The original program was purchased from CSR Consultants in Oct. 2004 and installed on a computer running XP (CM2003IV). The program was specifically what Management had in mind. In Sept. 2005 we upgraded our computers and went to the network release version (CMM2005MII). Currently, March 2012 we are in the process of upgrading computers and will be installing user release (CMM2005I) to run with our server, with Windows 7.0

CMM2005 is especially user friendly and sells at a reasonable rate. Anyone with a minimum of computer data entry experience will be able to use and understand the system without the worry of losing data since the required fields are set.

Throughout my years as a client, Mr. Glenn Daniels/CSR Representative has offered courteous and professional advice and I remain a steadfast believer in his product and services. The only thing I furnish is a list of interments and Mr. Daniels does the rest!

If you are thinking about upgrading, or just beginning to go farther than a spreadsheet, give me a call and I will reiterate my opinion personally.
